All Sales Are Final Unless The Seal is UNBROKEN and Free from Any Damage. Before opening your toy: Please check out your new toy via the window in our packaging; make sure it is the specifications you ordered. Breaking the seal will void your return. Refunds will process upon verification of unbroken seal and product.

- Please wash toy before first use.

- Please store your toy in the packaging bag it came in with. Keep your curious beast toys away from direct sunlight and DO NOT store them in a way they would be in direct contact to other silicone toys.
